So ummm...i went to GNC..recently..and they gave me a magazine...that gave a really great tip...for a workout.
Something simple and easy...

So if you have some of those trampolines...bounce all day! lol!
it will be a great workout for you...or bounce in place...like i will be doing since i dont own any jeje!
